Enhancements: On the Family Setup screen, now have an option to create a Parent user.
Fixed a number of bugs:
1. Family Setup sometimes would not let you continue to the next screen unless the new users name was entered.
2. Made the first user chooser screen clearer on which type of user (admin/non-admin) was being selected.
3. Made the 'More' screen clearer for editing the Users, Tasks and Rewards.
