Stanza Living (www.stanzaliving.com) is India’s largest shared-living network catering to students and young working professionals. Stanza Living puts the young millennial consumer at the heart of its product and service design, development and execution. From smart space planning in rooms to personalised delivery of services (like food, WIFI, etc) through integration of technology; from tastefully designed roof decks to vibrant entertainment and gaming zones, Stanza Living is challenging the status quo when it comes to community living. For the first time, we are introducing shared accommodation as an experience product in line with much evolved hospitality concepts.

Food - One of the most important part in the life of a resident is the food they eat. This section of the app allows students to express their choices, likes, and dislikes which helps us to prepare food that suits their needs. The residents can see the menu for each day of the week and provide detailed feedback on each and every item they consume.

Check-ins - Security of our residents is of utmost importance to Stanza Living. Check-ins section allows students/working professionals to let their loved ones know about their whereabouts and whether they will be staying out of their residence in late evenings or nights.

Complaint management - For a superior living experience, it is important for residents to have a hassle-free life. Residents have the option to let us know about anything that goes wrong in a matter of taps, and the problem is solved within hours. Through complaint management residents can provide us precise details of the problem and also add photos. Further, they can easily track the status of their complaint and get updates on it.

Stanza Social - As part of the social well-being, we help residents get special offers from services they use frequently. This section provides the details of all Stanza Living partners across multiple services like restaurants, gyms, salons, grocery shops, and entertainment areas, where they can avail special offers exclusive to our residents.

Stanza Mates - Here we help residents to get to know their Stanza Mates (or Stanzens as we proudly call it) within the residence. Apart from getting to know their college/workplace and course/industry, they also get to know their interests and hobbies. This helps break the ice and creates a more lively atmosphere at the residence.
