Improved graphics and text readability.
Added "interactive Demo level" as a beginners guide and unaided level 0.
Added level indicators with color coding.
You now need to complete the current level before proceeding to the next although you can repeat any previously completed level.
Reset Best button now resets current level and 'All' higher levels.
Reset Best button whilst in Demo level will factory reset all level scores.
