SPARSim Kundebehandling

Sim Kundebehandling's focus is on the interactions we have with our customers.

The Simulation SPARSim Kundebehandling consists of two separate parts of gameplay. In the first part, you control a SPAR employee, and your goal is to talk to customers who require your assistance and try to create as many positive customer experiences as possible. In the second part you will observe a SPAR employee interacting with a customer, and you will be asked to assess whether the customer experience was negative, neutral or positive. Compete with your colleagues and other SPAR employees nationwide – who knows, maybe YOU will get the highest score?
