- new planet special : The Imperial Seat
- added taxes
- more events, factions and planets
- increased the minimum betting amount in the casino
- fixed the lottery so it pays out the correct amount
- casino betting amounts and lottery winnings now scale
- added space particles to space screens
- added a ticker tape to the arrival screen
- added a message for when you actually win the game
- lowered the amount needed to win
