When training the pass drills place a smartphone behind you and run the app. When a ball is approaching your give a quick cast behind to see the color and perform an appropriate action. For example, if you see red color you plays back immediately. If you see a yellow color you first keep the ball and then play back. You can adjust the frequency of color change by using the settings.
