My name is Lisa and i'm a recovering alcoholic and addict who has a background in fitness and nutrition.

I am a qualified fitness coach, personal trainer and certified nutrition coach who has experienced the highs and lows, ups and downs of alcoholism and addiction.

As well as attending rehab, i have used fitness and nutrition as a huge part of my recovery journey and i would love to help you do the same.
