Accept door calls, see IP camera streams and open doors - no matter where you are.

With our snipdoo® HOME app, you have the option of operating your door intercom system flexibly at home and on the go. Whether in the garden or on vacation: with snipdoo® HOME you can see who is at the door. Both communication and door opening can be individually coordinated via the app. You can see missed calls in the door call history with a picture and time recording. Commercially available IP cameras can be easily added to the app so that you can take a look at your private areas at any time - for your personal feeling of security and smart comfort at the same time.

With snipdoo® HOME you are flexible in handling your door communication. You can give your guests or roommates access to your private living area - especially when you are not at home. Your guest or roommate only has to scan the QR code using the app or enter the link ID. All door calls can then be answered by your guest or roommate. With an active call, the door can be opened within a few seconds. The management of invitations for guests and roommates is solely your responsibility as the main user of the system. You can withdraw invitations at any time or end an existing sharing. The QR code including link ID can only be used once. Once the data has been validated, it is worthless to use again.

The prerequisite for using snipdoo® HOME is the installation of a TCS-IP system or a TCS:BUS system including a TCS-IP gateway.

Technical system requirements:

- Active internet connection (WLAN/Mobile 4G)

- Deactivation of the energy saving settings when using snipdoo® HOME

- Support of VoIP by the Internet Service Provider

- Android 6 or later versions

- Recommended display resolution: 1920x1080 pixels

System requirements as resident/tenant:

The property management or the owner/landlord usually provides the access data if the use of the app is permitted or desired.

System requirements as builder/owner/landlord:

The operation of the app is guaranteed via https://tcscloud.de. To register in our snipdoo® CLOUD, please use a different email address than the one you want to use to log in to the snipdoo® HOME app. Within the snipdoo® CLOUD you can, for example, generate the user data for the snipdoo® HOME app.

During installation, make sure that the system is connected to the Internet. The upload bandwidth should be more than 10 Mbit/sec.
