For the last 5 years our team at Staffordshire University has dedicated our research to understanding and testing Smarter Thinking in performance settings. Smarter Thinking has been developed as a logical and effective approach to manage how we think, feel, and act across a range of contexts. Specifically, Smarter Thinking has been used in elite sport environments, corporate business settings, academic, health settings, and in the military to help performers to respond to adversity more resiliently, and ultimately fulfill peoples potential when it really matters.
