SmartAgent personal assistant is a mobile application that enables travel agents to maximize their business value while delivering an excellent service to their customers.

Being optimized for mobile devices, SmartAgent offers an intuitive and easy to use user interface, allowing agents to perform operations on PNRs with a single click using a secure encrypted connection.

SmartAgent takes advantage of mobile push notifications in order to notify the travel agent when a truly important event occurs. SmartAgent’s operations are performed in real time directly on the GDS system.

SmartAgent is available for both Android and iOS users.

Backend reprice process supporting both automatic and manual repricing of PNRs.

Recent notification tab displaying all notifications which have recently arrived.

Restrictions

A pre-configuration and a business agreement are required in order to use SmartAgent.

Agency approval must to be granted in order for a travel agent to use SmartAgent.
