Smart Watchers Diary offers the main functions to for the weight reduction. The food input has to be done only once for a specific food, they will automatically be able to be reused in a list stored from them.

The app is focusing on the main functions you really need to keep it simple to use it.

Diary:

List of daily food is stored and the used points are calculated. The left available points will be shown.

Food list:

Includes at first some basic food. Every used food will be stored in the diary as well as in the food list. It only has to be stored once. If the food should be used again, it is available in the list. You shortly have your set of food available in the list. It is also possible to change or delete food. The points calculator can be used to calculate the point value of food to be stored.

Activity List:

Steps and other activities can be added to the diary with intensity low, mid or high. The additional points will be used if neccessary.

Weight table:

The weight inputs will be stored into a list and be shown in a curve for the last weeks. It is possible to set up a weight day to get a notification for weight input.

Points Calculator:

The smart Points Calculator calculates the points from calories, saturated fat, sugar and protein.

Daily points:

Calculates from the user data the allowance of the daily points and recalculates them based on the current weight.
