Smart Pick App is used by MSIL Workshop associates to manage daily Pickup & Drop

Key Functions of App :

• Capturing Internal and external inventory details/ vehicle images/ fuel/ demanded repairs via Smart Talk from app.

• Approval via Digital signature of customer and send Pick up and Drop form via email to customer.

• Mobile App will show summary details of Pick up / Drop off assigned, due, completed by drivers.

• Live Driver Tracking at the time of Pick up and Drop off for CCMs.

• Show incoming driver details with the license and ID proof.

• Call feature / pick up location update feature for customer.

• Live tracking of driver movement during Pickup and Drop.

• Show vehicle images captured from the Driver app at different stages.

• Stage tracking using progress bar.

• Real time SMS for sharing progress at various stages.
