Smart Paramarsha is a mobile learning application (based on OppiaMobile) designed to run training content, quizzes and video content when a user is offline.

The focus of the content is Interpersonal Communication (IPC). Initially developed for facility based health workers, the app can be used by health workers in Nepal aiming to improve their IPC and counseling skills.

Content can be authored in Moodle, exported and made available for the students to access without an internet connection. If/when they get a connection, activity information is sent to the server so you can track which activities your students have been using, their quiz scores and the video content they've been watching. Smart Paramarsha also has a basic data collection function to use for client information as well as a design that accommodates the use of the tool for counseling clients.
