The Smart Field Service App - the mobile component for task management and transport logistics.

The Smart Field Service App is the mobile component for field service that works together with the Smart Field Service web portal. It offers a wide range of functions that provide special support for order processing and feedback of important information when performing activities outside the office or in the field.

The user interface of the Smart Field Service app is designed for 10 inch tablets. You can also work with it on 7 inch tablets.

Key features of the Smart Field app are:

ORDER PROCESSING

- Display of orders to be processed in a geographical map, as well as a list

- Display of order-related details (comments, keywords, customer data, etc.)

- Updating of orders during processing

- Reloading of already returned order sets

- Display and modification of arrival and departure routes for the best possible reaching of the destination

- Documentation by photos

- Data entry in individual feedback forms

- Use of filter functions

- Map view in full screen mode

- Splitting of the map view, for setting two zoom levels

- Locking of the screen from 30km/h onwards

- Automatic switch to Smart Field Service configurable

- Own position display

VEHICLE GROUPS

- Position display of all members of a vehicle group

- Status comparison between members of a vehicle group

- Announcement of orders within a vehicle group

- Timeline for visualization of arriving and departing vehicles

- Load display (full/empty) for arriving and departing vehicles

- Definition of the relevant approach route

- Independent change between different vehicle groups

- Vehicle tracking

- Restricted views for the following vehicles

NAVIGATION

- Navigation (Google Maps) to predefined locations, e.g. to the destination, to the approach route, to another vehicle, to self-created favorites or predefined POI)

- Creation of self-defined favorites (e.g. locations that are often visited)
