If your municipality is not on the Smart ANPR list, you can connect to the certification service offered by the Ministry of the Interior, which is accessible only from the website anagrafenazionale.interno.it ***

To access the services you can use your SPID credentials or your CIE electronic identity card.

With Smart ANPR you can request your personal certificates directly from your smartphone avoiding the queue at the counter of your Municipality.

You can print or share your certificates via email or any other instant messaging tool.

The application natively interfaces with the ANPR database, the National Resident Population Registry and issues certificates with legal validity.

For applications with revenue stamps, it is necessary to purchase a revenue stamp of € 16.00 in advance. At the time of the request, you can proceed with the automatic acquisition of the code through the camera.
