Skills Age Foundation is a Not for Profit Organisation (NPO) functioning in the Vocational

Education Space. Innovation spurs creativity and success. We are having innovative edge

in the entire Skill Eco System impacting and empowering lives around. The Foundation has

embarked on a community engagement process intended to elevate environments and

opportunities for its learners with a strong mark across Maharashtra, Karnataka and

other states within the country

We are having common goal in the organisation towards imparting future-skill, cutting-age

industry relevant skills to the youth to make them industry ready. Our vision is to UpSkill 5 million people by 2022, by filling the gap of inclusivity and reducing male/female,

urban/rural, organized/unorganized, traditional/contemporary divide. With a different

approach to education have foster real-world experiences, project-based learning,

relevancy, communication skills and adaptability. The organisation endeavours to create

appropriately skilled and industry ready workers who can serve unforeseen demands and

technological challenges, while penetrating coordination with various ministries, states and

various stakeholders.

Our independent skill delivery centres not only provide infrastructure but we also extend

the support for quality trainers, examination and assessment. Our 3600 training

methodology is not only focuses on Classroom lectures but group discussions, case studies,

online training, field visits, live projects, practical on-fields work which makes the youth

industry ready.

The company has a dedicated placement team which provides 100% job assistance with

the never ending support of 850+ leading IT, and non-IT companies and other 200+

recruiting organisations. We systematize campus recruitment, on-site recruitments and

mega job fairs. Placement workshops, GD, mock-interviews, etc. are conducted to prepare

the students for the jobs interview process. We ensure that every individual finds the

suitable opportunity making him financially independent with utmost job satisfaction.
