Consistency is the key!!! This app will allow you to keep all of your fitness goals and achievements in one place - making staying consistent throughout your journey that much easier! Together we will be able track all of your information in one convenient app available on your mobile device (can integrate with some popular apps like MyFitnessPal) or computer. This includes:

- Daily Nutrition: track your meals in-app day to day so your coach has direct access to your daily food logs. This allows your coach to have the most accurate information to create a program specifically for YOU and your needs.

- Workout Logging: log your daily work outs to not only be able to keep yourself accountable, but allow your coach to track your workout routine on a daily basis

- Scheduling with your coach: have access to your private calendar with all scheduled sessions & check-ins

- Progress Updates- ability to send photos and messaging through app to stay up-to-date on goal progression with your coach

- 24/7 access to directly message your coach to ask any questions throughout your journey

This real-time interaction will allow me to follow your progress much more closely and help with accountability through the times we all need them most. Your health and fitness goals are always going to be unique to you - BUT feeling alone or struggling in that journey does not have to happen. Having the right support system around you when chasing these goals is arguably just as important as anything else - and this app allows me to make the most out of the coaching and support I can provide you.
