This program was developed through the Teaching for Improved Gender Equality and Responsibility (TIGER) Teaching for Improved Gender Equality (ECDD), co-produced by VVOB Cambodia, Kampuchean Action for Primary Education (KAPE), Gender and Development for Cambodia (GADC) and Puthi Komar Organization (PKO), in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport and Women's Affairs under the support of the European Union (EU) Belgian Development Agency.
