new features and fixed bugs list below:

1. Add translation system;
2. Solve the bug of emoji and text overlap in the chatbox;
3. Improve the award of defeating the Kingdom Protector;
4. Replace the reward image of the last 7-day-reward;
5. No mail will send if not participate the event;
6. Fix bug of the blood bar error when challenge the Boss if the city owner changes;
7. Adjust Kingdom War start time to 10:00, 15:00, 20:00(server time);
8. Fix bug of no ticket sending to the King at Banquet.
