* New report format - Combined results
* Visualize the number of courses and cards entered into the app on each tab heading
* Tweaked the allowed mime types for an xml course import. Will hopefully work on all devices now
* Added a Statistics dialog
* Added Page breaks into the html reports for better result when printing them
* Other smaller report improvements
