Established in 1959 as Sheth M. N. Science College & Shri & Smt. P. K. Kotawala Arts College, Patan, our college has a healthy tradition of imparting quality education to all classes of society. Its pioneering Principal Prof. P. A. Pandya and Dr. H. C. Trivedi laid down the Principles of discipline and dedication to duty as the guiding morals for its staff. Bifurcated from its sibling in 1991, Shri & Smt. P. K. Kotawala Arts College has established its reputation as the leading Arts College of North Gujarat. Today the college offers maximum options of subjects at graduation and post graduation level. CBCS having been introduced in 2011, the students have ample of choice for subjects of their liking. The college motivates and supports research work in various subjects. The guiding motto of the staff has been Competence, Care and Compassion in day to day interaction with students.
