Shree Property Holdings was established in 2007 as a property development company specialising in developing A Grade industrial warehousing and has since grown from strength to strength. Shree Property Holdings is a family owned company, based in Durban Kwa-Zulu Natal, with an ever expanding property portfolio of over 350 000 square metres situated around Durban's blooming current port and prospected future port.

Shree Property Holdings develop, lease and manage many industrial warehouses for a number of “Blue Chip” Companies that operate within South Africa’s emerging market.

Shree Property Holdings excels towards a product offering of warehousing from a scale of under 1 000 square meters to over 70 000 square metres which features wide open spans for easier movement within the warehouse to AAA Grade Offices for operations, and still allowing versatility for our clients to suit their specific warehousing needs.
