Shravak Pratikraman

Pratikraman means "Introspection"

Pratikraman (literally Sanskrit "introspection"), is a process during which Jains repent (prayaschit) for their sins during their daily life, and remind themselves not to repeat them. Although frequency of repenting varies, devout Jains often practice Pratikraman at least twice a day.

Importance of Pratikraman is clear, still being composed in an ancient script the present generation is not much inclined towards it. Keeping this in mind the 9th Aacharya of Terapanth "Aacharya Tulsi" has tried to give 'Pratikraman' a new look, retaining its form and originality. The basic sutras like chouvisthav have not been changed while various vrat and atichaar have been translated in easy Hindi verses. It is motivational, self absorbed by the soul and penetrates deep within. Hope that it reaches vast number of disciples who would learn it and purify their souls.
