Shogi4 was designed to introduce classic board gaming to young children. In it, your goal is to invite the opponent's pheasant or crane to your farm. Shogi4 is a dynamic and fast-paced game that mix the concepts behind modern and classic board games, with original rules that echo those of the Japanese chess.

Shogi4 is part of the 'Four' series of board games by Ocastudios. These games are designed to have interactions very early in a match, so as to keep children interested and to favor attention and ingenuity over predefined opening strategies. But most of all, Shogi4 was designed for parents to play with their kids, so although it is easy enough for the little ones to play, it is also deep enough to entertain more experienced players.
