1. Changed editor controls to auto size on text change instead of having a requested height to help with android display
2. Update build process so that different environment versions can be installed on same device (dev, test, prod)
3. Encrypt local app database
4. Fix issue, where existing GT details (Open Measurements) were overwritten when GTs job is changed through the move process
5. Upgrade reference packages (Xamarin forms version, etc.)
