HOW TO USE THE APP:

• If you are a registered customer on https://www.servizioelettricoroma.it use the same email and password to access the application.

• If you are not yet registered on https://www.servizioelettricoroma.it, you can do so from the site or via the App.

We remind you that to use all the features available on the App, you must first associate the users with your profile within the web Customer Area.

APP FEATURES:

Self-reading

• To send us your meter reading and have a bill in line with your actual consumption

Contract Management

• Web bill: to receive the bill directly in your email inbox, on the day it is issued, this way you avoid accumulations of paper and protect the environment

• Domiciliation: to activate or modify the charging of your bills directly to your current account

Consumption and Readings

• To view the trend of your consumption and consult the history of your meter readings

Invoices and Payments

• To always have a practical archive of your bills at hand, know the status of the payment and make it via credit card
