- Occasionally, when an FTM internal user created a work order, the app crash occurred. The issue affected those who have the Bar Code / NFC Code scan method enabled in the Assets (Equipment) > Administration > Asset Rules page in Service Automation. We have improved the app's performance to address the problem.
