Self defense techniques are suggested by martial art experts

1. First Rule, DON'T PANIC

Most victims who panic cannot think clearly and cannot do anything to save themselves and tend to surrender.

2. The Second First Rule, RUN

This is as important as the first rule. Don't be too brave, the real world is very different from the martial arts because everything is allowed in the real world.

3. Third Rule, Knows your enemies

4. Fourth Rule, Deception

5. Fifth Rule, weaponize to leverage

When you pretend to surrender, you can search for weapons around you, such as stones, flower pots, glass bottles, sticks. But you can also use objects that you carry as weapons. The following are favorite objects that are used as "unexpected weapons"

6. Sixth rule, STRIKE

The key to this point is the "element of surprise", attack suddenly, quickly, and decisively. You can carry out attacks on weak points or other attacks if you find a weapon.
