Hello! We’ve not changed our app for a while… so this is a pretty important update that you’re going to have to install to keep getting your issues.

Once installed, you’ll find the app is quicker to use, more reliable and fixes a number of minor connectivity bugs that you might have experienced from time to time in the past. Please do read the instructions in the app after installing it though! That’s really important.
