Fixed possible crash when changing screen orientation while app is speaking.

App may now be moved to external storage.

Fixed possible crash when external storage is unavailable. (Sayer will now use internal storage in this situation.)

‘Save As’ dialog is now initialised with current filename (if any).

Removed spurious ‘settings’ menu item from file-open screen.

Removed ability to use external file managers, since Android KitKat’s Storage Access Framework interferes with file saving.
