51 exercise videos to learn and teach swimming to college
The challenge is the acquisition of swimming skills thanks to an educational differentiation approach centered on the use of digital technology. The teacher guides the student who discovers, acquires and then validates skills related to 5 central themes: Entrances, immersions, postures, ventral and dorsal movements. Skills of higher levels can also then be envisaged thanks to this evolving tool.
Students explore through the application the exercises in videos offered and then assemble them in the form of sequences or micro sequences (Up to 5 cumulative exercises) in order to acquire the skills necessary for the test of knowing how to swim.
Once the knowledge of swimming test has been acquired, the student changes project and device within the same sequence.
This application was produced as part of the "Swimming" academic project aimed at harmonizing the teaching of swimming from primary school to college.
