Wireless screen for radio remote controlled Sandvik drill rigs

Sandvik Remote Screen is wireless screen solution for radio remote controlled Sandvik drill rigs. Traditionally drill rigs operator screens have been attached to drill rig itself but the new solution makes it possible to attach screen to the radio remote itself.

Communication between the drill rig and Sandvik Remote Screen is handled over WLAN modem installed to drill rig (Connectivity option). You can choose your preferred mobile device, a tablet or mobile phone to act as the screen.

At the moment Sandvik Remote Screen provides operator with three views:

1. Alignment view for aiming the feed

2. Drilling view for seeing the drilling parameters and progress of the hole

3. Tramming view
