Salute Basilicata is the project promoted by the Basilicata Region with the aim of creating a digital access point to regional health services that is SAFE, FAST and EFFICIENT.

• SAFE because access is protected by login via credentials, with the possibility of activating authentication via fingerprint or facial recognition to further increase security. Health data are managed in compliance with all current privacy regulations and in full compliance with the new European Regulation on the protection of personal data.

• FAST because it eliminates queues and waiting at healthcare facilities

• EFFICIENT because it is always available, at any time and wherever you are

Discover the Telemedicine service that allows you to stay in constant contact with specialist doctors who are able to monitor, EVEN remotely, your state of health.

In particular, you can take advantage of the features of:

• TELEVISION: remote visit via video call

• CHAT: communication with the doctor via messages

• DOCUMENT EXCHANGE: exchange of health documentation between patient and doctor (for example sending exams or analyzes useful for clinical evaluation and receiving reports, prescriptions etc.)
