Sale e pepe is a pizzeria located in Altamura that has 3 locations in which we offer, in addition to our quality pizza, also sandwiches with hamburgers, tagliata and many other specialties.

Our pizza is an entirely artisanal product. The secret of the trade to create a tasty and fragrant product lies in the preparation, in the search for high quality ingredients and in the dough of the pizza with maturation of 72 hours.

For which we use type 1 flour, water, extra virgin olive oil, brewer's yeast and salt.

One of our strengths is the use of wood-fired ovens with a rotating cooking surface present in all locations which makes our pizzas crispy.

Of great importance is our team starting from our pizza chefs ready to bake the pizza you like best, our cashiers to accept your orders with a click and finally our specialized drivers in delivery in order to optimize delivery times. .
