RPG Notes is a handy tool for keeping notes on your tabletop RPG campaigns.

Using:

You create a campaign in which you will add objects (cities, characters, quests, etc.), divided into categories. For each object you can add description, notes, tags, images and links to other objects. Within each campaign, you can also leave notes on the course of your adventure.
