Roco: Dynamic Rotation Control

This update brings a new feature and some changes under the hood:
- For Android Versions 7 and up: there is now the option to create a QuickTile for controlling the state of the service (click "EDIT" after pulling down notifications twice).
- For future updates: after updating, the service will automatically be set to its previous state. No more updates stopping the app unexpectedly.
- Various minor bug fixes and some slight UI changes.
