riplapp.com and the Ripl API are tools that anyone with a product of any type can use to create Ripl Things that can be monitored from within Ripl Mobile. It is built to allow people to leverage the power of the Ripl infrastructure to let whoever they choose monitor the status of, and see the alerts for their product.

What is a Ripl Thing?

A Thing can represent almost anything! It could represent a physical device, virtual product, user account, software application, or whatever else you want it to be.
