"The app is Rinus part of KNVB ASSIST, developed the knowledge platform for all (youth) trainers in the Netherlands. It contains exercises, workouts and more week programs.

You can visit this platform for help with preparing your workouts. Whether you are first going to coach a team and accompany or are already in possession of a diploma KNVB.
