I am surprised this game hasn't gotten more attention! Although it lacks some features, like replays, multi-player, AI cars and the ability to tune your car, it is a solid driving game. it's just you against the track. The physics are geared more towards reality then arcade, which should have gathered lots of attention from sim racers. Not to mention eight real world racks; Mount Panorma, Adelaide, Philip Island Circuit, Spa, Sazuka, Nurburgring F1, Nurburgring Nordshleife and COTA. Their is plenty to enjoy in the Four driving modes. There is Lappin, which is a time attack mode. A 2up mode, which sees you run two laps with day night transitions throughout the laps. Then there is the 24 minute enduro, where each minute represents one hour in a day with day to night transitions. Lastly, Dodjaroos, which sees you dodging the track obstacles, while traversing the race course.Then there is the lighting effect. Quite honesly, when this game is turned all the way up, nothing's feels as real as this game! Real time light and shadows, that move with the sunrise and sunset and yes, even the moonlight. And to top it off, depending on the time of day you play, the lighting changed accordingly or you can choose a few different times of day or night. Lastly, there are 25 cars in game(one of which is hidden in an Easter egg), which doesn't sound like much, but it gives a good variety of performances from start to finish. For what it is, it is well worth the time!
