Okay, this seems to be a unique little smart watch.
It far surpassed the quality of the Ionic Smart watch (which would not recharge after it went to 0% battery.
(yep, it is going into the rubbish bin!)
This watch reached 0% battery level but had no problem recharging and resyncing time and date and all relative data.....
The only issue i had with it was it did not monitor my sleep routine/s for a couple of days but then i not sure whether I actually had slept or not???? LOL
Thus, so far, very impressed with this product. :)
I WILL NOT BE BUYING ANOTHER IONIC (FitBit) PRODUCT EVER AGAIN!!!!!! (piece of overpriced crap!)

Having done comparison test with 'stand alone' products it seems to be relatively accurate.
(eg/using a stand alone oximeter and blood pressure unit/s the reading/s were very similar)

Naturally, this unit would be best used as a 'guide line' only.
If unsure, one would seek proffesional help if concerned about long and unusual reading/s and seek profesonal medical advice and/or assistance.

the unit records all measurments to the phone app, so you can show the doctor and say....
"What the fk is wrong with me?"

doctor might reply.....

"maybe the phone or the app is faulty or corrupted" ......
