I am using this app to deal with my insomnia, and work on how I communicate with people, as well as working on staying calm in general. I am finding most of the exercises and advice helpful. Sometimes, I come across content I personally find unhelpful, because it doesn't relate to me. For example, a muscle relaxation audio included descriptions of physical feelings in terms of emotions, (e.g. referring to muscles as feeling calm), and I didn't experience the feelings in my muscles in that way, so I found those parts distracting, which took me out of the exercise. Overall, I think the app is helping me improve my life and deal with the issues I am working on. I am using the free version, I don't know if the paid version would be necessary for my particular needs.
