Safely share internet connection over Bluetooth; no root / tethering plan needed
This is the only Bluetooth Hotspot that worked with my phone, an older LG Tribute that had Bluetooth fortunately. Plus the clear setup instructions that other apps lack was crucial in making it function with my Laptop with XP!
