If i could give zero star rating i would've. The app flags account that have lots of chip. They block the accounts for life so the users buy chips from them. This is very common for this app. My account got blocked when I had 2.8 billion chips. The support team told me I intentionally lost chip to another player. I played since 2011 and just as I got more chips They use this as an excuse to block my account. I played like this since start but now they feel it's violation. They didn't even consider giving me another chance.
