The game is fun, however with the repetitive gameplay, bugs, and inflation rate for upgrading your heroes/ships most people will quit fairly quickly.
The gameplay consists of being randomly assigned to one of two teams and racing to the center of the map to take a control point and kill all other players within its radius (after you get to 99%) to win.
The server connection is sometimes good, other times completely unplayable. I know it's not a famerate issue, but the game just completely locks up for 10-30 seconds then resumes like nothing happened. The match eventually ends with no one doing damage.
Rewards for playing are almost nonexistent with just three daily quests for gold, three chests (two for the lowest tier ship, one for a blue captain piece and a bunch of the lowest tier captain piece) that can be opened, in order, every four hours. MVP chests are given to the MVP of each team when a match is completed and take hours to open or gems to open immediately, but they are bugged currently when you log off they are gone when you come back.
Pay to win - In order to get the purple ships you have to spend at least $5 to get two components of the initial three to build the ship. Sure, it doesn't sound bad, until you realize that the ship components aren't standardized. So if you want to build that new ship you just unlocked you may get stuck getting components for one of the other purple ships. After they are crafted to upgrade them the amount of each part you need is inflated quickly and that 2 random parts to a random ship when you need 12-60 specific parts for your specific ship will likely having you looking for something with the odds more in your favor.
