Hello,

I am severely disappointed in the way you have conducted your business and those who you associate with. On your Facebook page I had a comment deleted talking about how the frustration of the glitches your app has and being unable to access your app. Despite the fact I have made efforts to be patient with the delays and issues I was not allowed to vocalize these issues. I than proceeded to advise the person who deleted my message of my disappointment in the situation. After which I removed myself from the group, deleted the app, and blocked the person to have this out of my life. I was than sent a harrasing and verbally abusive message from this person.

My recommendation to you is to get a more pleasant face for your company that doesn't verbally abuse your customers. As this was highly inappropriate I have reported this app for it's issues, reported the Facebook page for it's censorship, and reported the member that harassed me to Facebook. I also have left a negative review on Google Play and made sure to make a nice post showing your companies inappropriate colors of communication.
