With that been said *free* means its not full version...

And if youre lucky to get access to the game,use lucky patcher to do in-app purchase because most paid games that has a valid free version requires real money to *continue* the game when ur in the free version
What lucky patcher does is help you pay *without* using a single money from you)))
So what you gonna do is:
-download game
-open lucky patcher (download it at any google website that you think you trust)
-find the game that you wanna patch and in this case is *radiation city*
-sellect *menu of patches*
-sellect *support patch for in-app and LVL emulation*
-trust me the other choices has no function so after following the previous step and just press apply (highly suggested to wait for lucky patcher to do its job,dont exit,off or enter another program or it'll interupt the patching system)
-after its all done you'll get a screen that shows the patch results (some of em may turn up red means it fail but it doesnt give negative effects to your patch) then makw ur prayers and *launch* the game straight at the results menu (dont exit and enter the game or something might go wrong so yall have to enter straight from lucky patcher from the menu you get after the patching progress)
-after those ... if theres anything that requires you to pay with real money in the game,heres where lucky patcher comes
*Example* the item you want or must pay/buy is £12 in the game (before patching the game) and after patching the £12 price would be tagged in codes like 1.12,3.62 etc.dont blink ur eyes thinking qether it works or not because its just a code and it works the same way with buying in game stuff with the usual way.So all you have to do is sellect what you want to buy at the store and tap on what you want then a screen will pop out,from there tap confirm and wait and as planned ur be able to get what you want :))) goodluck!

You can do sort of stuff with lucky patcher like removing licence,ingame purchase without using your real money,remove adds etc. Like I said you can learn to use lucky patcher at youtube or whatever website you want :)))
