[The Rev Saxophone Quartet]

A saxophone quartet formed by Kohei Ueno, Yuki Miyakoshi, Atsushi Tsuzuki, and Soichiro Tanaka.

Four people who have met at competitions and academies since high school reunited at Tokyo University of the Arts and formed a quartet in 2013. The quartet name "Rev" is derived from "Rev." Which means the rotation of the engine. The four members play the infinite energy of music as sound, and they want to run in one direction. So far, he has performed various performance activities such as recitals and outreach activities all over the country. In addition to the repertoire for the saxophone quartet, he is always actively commissioning and premiering new songs and co-starring with pianos and Japanese musical instruments, pursuing further possibilities for the saxophone quartet. Currently, the members are also active as soloists, and because each character is different, it is a unique quartet with a new color when all four people are together.
