Southern cuisine in the author's presentation! Located in the heart of the Krasnaya Polyana resort, The Bazar offers a delicious journey through the gastronomic traditions of the Caucasus. Over 70 dishes - talented chefs Aslan Toguzov and Aslan Bestaev have developed a menu for a better acquaintance with southern cuisine in a beautiful colorful interior. We have added local products and our own vision to classic recipes, creating unique interpretations of familiar dishes.

A glass of sparkling wine as a gift from 11:00 to 12:00. You can also order a wine casino: an exciting tasting game will allow you to learn more about wines and compete for the title of wine connoisseur. Don't forget to pre-order.

The kids will love The Bazar too. A large playroom during all opening hours of the restaurant**.** Of course, the restaurant also has a children's menu. Both children and adults are happy!

On the second floor of the restaurant, Music bar & karaoke is open every Friday and Saturday - a nightclub and karaoke. The poster of musical events is very diverse: eminent DJs, jazz evenings, karaoke battles and much more.

From 20:00 to 22:00, the club has a 1 + 1 promotion for cocktails on a special menu. Dancing mood in a nightclub creates a DJ. Cool atmosphere, impressive bar list and delicious cuisine.

Karaoke is located in a separate hall of the club. Large repertoire, beautiful stage and professional musical equipment. Comfortable conditions: only a deposit for drinks and food is paid, and all songs can be ordered for free.

THE BIG

American, Pan-Asian and European cuisine - here everyone will find a dish for themselves.

Large portions, author's menu, inspiring mountain views and a cozy summer terrace overlooking the mountains - that's why guests love The BIG. The restaurant is located in the very center of the Krasnaya Polyana Resort, next to the cable car.

You can taste the best soup of your life with seafood, mussels in cheese sauce, veal tartare with truffle mousse and parmesan cheese or steamed trout - talented chefs Aslan Toguzov and Aslan Bestaev have developed an impressive menu for your gastronomic pleasure.

A strong recommendation is to definitely visit the hearty breakfasts from 8:30 to 12:00 at The BIG restaurant. More than 15 delicious breakfast options that will give you a boost of energy for the whole day.

The restaurant offers a special menu for children, in which, in addition to the usual dietary dishes, there are mini burgers and even "children's borscht" - the chefs have adapted the taste of the famous soup for kids. Playgrounds are conveniently located very close to The BIG.

Restaurant "Sugrob"

The "Sugrob" restaurant is located next to the ski slopes and a viewing platform at an altitude of +1460 m of the Krasnaya Polyana Resort in a relict forest. The location is equally convenient for both riders and tourists who take the cable car for a walk in the mountains.

The conceptual menu for the Snowdrift restaurant was developed by talented chefs Aslan Toguzov and Aslan Bestaev, known for The Bazar and The BIG restaurants. Alpine cuisine is based on hearty dishes designed for quick recovery after an active holiday in the mountains. Meat on the grill, Swedish dumplings, young lamb ribs with polenta, cheese fondue - in the restaurant "Sugrob" tourists are offered to arrange a gastronomic journey through the Alps and at the same time try local southern products. The restaurant is open all year round.
