ResponseCollect App is a tool that allows NGOs employees to replace paper form data collection methods used for ongoing monitoring and data collection. The app enables employees and enumerators to capture information, and images, audio and video clips and other standard data collection material, including relevant activity information.

ResponseCollect App is designed to work offline during data collection.
