Renault DirectAssist is a tool that enables you to request 24-hour assistance services for your Auto, such as a trailer or mechanic, or for your Home, such as a key chain or plumber. All this without the need to make calls to the call center. Once you place the request through your Android, the software finds its exact location and automatically triggers the nearest rescue.
